Month-Of Planning
Our month-of service is designed to step in during the final weeks, ensuring every detail is in place and your event runs smoothly from start to finish. This package is perfect for a host who has a clear vision, but just needs someone to help execute it. Primed Events is available to you for the whole planning process, but officially ‘steps in’ six to eight weeks before the event. This is when we step in to begin handling vendor communication and timelines, attend a venue walk through, and help you navigate the final weeks before your event.
